For instance, new lighting fixtures were installed in the restroom, which is beneficial for the property owner as the wattage is low and the fixture is intended to last 10 years without any upkeep. Although it's cost-effective, the light is so feeble that I often cut myself while shaving. If this continues, I'll be making a visit to the ER soon. To save money, aerators were added to the taps, which is a plus for the landlord as the residents don't bear the water fee. However, there's hardly any water pressure, making it hard to brush my teeth. To cap it off, they put in attractive cabinets, but they're hollow and have thick walls, meaning I can't store as much as before.
