She is now living with her friend and her friend's kids in a one bedroom. How can the rent be increased so drastically after such a short period of time? In my opinion, the place is not worth that much money. It needs an upgrade before they try to charge so much. The only amenity it offers is a subpar swimming pool, which is even smaller than my neighbour's. The parking is bad, the roads are terrible, with a giant speed bump, and if you have a lowered car, good luck. At the back of the apartments, there's a ditch and the sound of the traffic from the highway. The stairs to the second floor feel unstable, and the air conditioning is also bad. I could go on and on about why this place is not worth $1,200 a month. In conclusion, they did my friend wrong and now she is homeless with two kids, which is terrible. If anyone is considering living here, they should know what they are getting into.
