When we first moved in, I perceived that the surfaces were not cleaned before being painted; I could make out adhesive tape and hair that had been painted over. Mold was everywhere! Nothing was sanitized, the refrigerator was defective and many other items were broken. They asked us to provide a list of what was wrong or damaged when we moved in, but they haven't made an effort to repair any of it. When our air conditioner stopped working in August, it took them a week to send someone to inspect it. When the man arrived, he told my husband that it was working properly and the issue was with the filters we placed in the air vents. But he was wrong three times. The first time they came, they failed to alert us of their visit, and attempted to enter the apartment, but our dog stopped them. They mentioned they would call us to inform us when they would come to fix it, but when we came back, they were already in our apartment and the man locked our pet in the bedroom. THEY DIDN'T PHONE US AND IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR THE REPAIR TO BE FINISHED. They ask for their rent money, but they don't want to do anything to maintain the property.
