The apartment its self was fairly nice But the manager Robin was awful She was horrible at communicating and when I tried to add my boyfriend to the lease she told me I made too much to live there low income housing and gave me two months to move Wel The apartment its self was fairly nice But the manager Robin was awful She was horrible at communicating and when I tried to add my boyfriend to the lease she told me I made too much to live there low income housing and gave me two months to move Well two months come around and Ive been asking her questions One week before I was going to move she told me I didnt give notice to move when I wasnt ready to move in the first place and she told me I would have to move Never told me I had to go on their website and give notice Its almost as if I could have stayed the whole time This happened last October and really affected my life I could write so much about her to be honest The previous manager kept the place way nicer and was easy to talk to more ... hide ...

Very rude office staff

My girlfriend and I spent the the last 2 months trying to get an apartment here We stopped looking at other apartments because we were told our move in date would be the 30th of July we were told this towards the middle of June even though our move i My girlfriend and I spent the the last 2 months trying to get an apartment here We stopped looking at other apartments because we were told our move in date would be the 30th of July we were told this towards the middle of June even though our move in date was probably gonna be the 2nd since no one was in the office and it took a whole week for someone to get a hold of us just to say that no one has been in the office and to come back after the weekend We bought furniture appliances and packed up all our stuff just to be told on the 29th we cant get our apartment The lack of communication and how unorganizedunprofessional the leasing office has been to us during this whole process has been a headache Doesnt surprise me other people have troubles getting ahold of the place more ... hide ...
