They never informed me how to pay the $93 or offered me a way to make a payment. I only found out about the debt through my credit report. It is unprofessional that there was no route for me to make a payment. They had a forwarding address, email, and phone number, yet they never reached out to me with an invoice of the charges, despite the fact that they knew I used a wheelchair and the carpet would get dirty. During my stay there, it was tough to get ADA accommodations - it took over a year for them to adequately fix the bathroom shower that kept flooding my bathroom, the dishwasher constantly backed up into the kitchen sink, and the fire alarms would go off when too many people were in the building taking a shower. There were continuous issues with the garbage and neighbors leaking garbage all over the place. The owners never cared enough about ADA access to the dumpsters. They allowed people to park on top of sidewalks, blocking wheelchair access. The front sidewalk of the complex entrance is not ADA compliant and is hazardous. more ... hide ...

The lady in the office was extremely nice understanding although I was turned down do to credit I think its a great place to live very nice apartments clean great area Good luck to whom ever gets approved im sure youll love it there
