Have lived here for 13 months and have never had any sort of problems Property is very well kept and Sandi the property manager is extremely nice When I have had any issues with maintenance they come within the same day or next day to do any repairs

She also believes that she is doing us a favor by allowing us to live here and that we should not expect air conditioning and water, as she did not have these growing up. If you're looking for a place to stay, I strongly advise you against living here. You could be without running water for days and you would be surrounded by rodents, roaches, and snakes. Additionally, there is someone in Building A who throws used sanitary napkins and tampons off their balcony with no consequences. The only decent thing about this place is Kadeedra Elkins.
