2019-10-03T05:44:19ZI live there I dont see that many homeless people There is no NORTHRIDGE And for your information if someone sits on what they call the park strip which is the grassy area between the street and the sidewalk legally you can not do anything to have I live there I dont see that many homeless people There is no NORTHRIDGE And for your information if someone sits on what they call the park strip which is the grassy area between the street and the sidewalk legally you can not do anything to have them removed We have called police You can only ASK them to move which has been done Legally someone has to be sitting on your property from the sidewalk to your building before you can have police get them for trespassing most people dont know this Apparently the city owns the park strip in front of your propertynI have lived there 2 12 years and I really like it It is quiet and clean We do keep a vigilant eye out Because there is no gate to keep people from walking through the parking lot you do see people taking what they think is a short cut Our manager is very good We have wonderful amenities Nicer and newer than the other housing authority buildings Like any urban downtown area you have to keep an eye out more ...
