It will be 4yrs Oct2018 I lived in Delmont Village Never really had an issue with neighbors or Management Only thing im not too satisfied with is the going UP on rent every yr when im still working the Same job Not receiving any additional income

The apts are new and everything inside the apt. But the windows dont open, the AC goes out every now and then. They do accommodate you if its out too long though. Otherwise it is nice
