One of the worst experiences I have had in a complex Our washer and drier were absolute garbage and broke within a couple months They gave us a replacement that looked like it can from a junk yard and barely works It constantly sounds like a screechi One of the worst experiences I have had in a complex Our washer and drier were absolute garbage and broke within a couple months They gave us a replacement that looked like it can from a junk yard and barely works It constantly sounds like a screeching car Our dishwasher should not even be here as I have to rewash everything after I run it The insulation between floor 4 and 5 does not exist so be ready to have no peace or be able to sleep because it sounds like elephants are above you The elevators are always broken and one has currently been broken for about 3 months Be ready to wait about 5 minutes for your elevator in the morning The doors are also constantly broken so do not be surprised if you fob does not work to open them at times Lastly they nickel and dime you moving out rent and parking Set aside about 1000 to cover yourself for move out and parking They will not work with you and do not take anyones situation into consideration They charge premium rent and parking for what Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere There are better options more ... hide ...
