Weve lived at Rumely Lofts for 5 years and its been a great experience The main things that sold us were the location the historic building the views and the style of the apartments I was adamant that I didnt want to live in one of those typical apar Weve lived at Rumely Lofts for 5 years and its been a great experience The main things that sold us were the location the historic building the views and the style of the apartments I was adamant that I didnt want to live in one of those typical apartments weve all been in a million times Rumely is unique and it provides such a great feeling that we couldnt pass up the opportunity to live here We feel very fortunate to live here We live on the 4th floor and enjoy heaps of sunlight and get to enjoy the beautiful and massive original curved windowsnnKate and Eric are also second to none Theyre helpful they care and theyre always there when you need something Every issue or question has been handled quickly and with grace They go out of their way to help the building create a community and always have their residents top of mindnnI really cannot say enough good things about Rumely Lofts Its got the best location a great price and amazing people Its been an absolute joy for us more ... hide ...

I love Rumely The location is prime the view from my window is amazing and the tall ceilings make my loft feel so spacious The real piece de resistance is the management team Kate and Eric are the bees knees They are quick to confront any maintenance I love Rumely The location is prime the view from my window is amazing and the tall ceilings make my loft feel so spacious The real piece de resistance is the management team Kate and Eric are the bees knees They are quick to confront any maintenance issues They kept us feeling safe and comfortable through the pandemic I believe they genuinely want you to be happy living here and they prove it I recommend Rumely 1010 more ... hide ...

I lived here for two years, and management changed 4-5 times while I was there.Pros:- Great location- Nice apartments- Tenants are nice- Rooftop is nice- Washer and dryer in my unitCons:- Fire alarms go off occasionally and everyone in the building has to evacuate via stairs (I lived on the 13th floor)- utilities is unfair they charge based on number of occupants and square footage of your apartment because they dont have individual meters, so if you live here, blast your AC/heat because the bill is going to be split amongst all of the other tenants- my thermostat broke the last couple months I was there and they never fixed it even though they said they would, so I had no heat Jan and Feb (they did offer a space heater)- another tenant I met said his AC broke (this was summer time) and had been broken for a month- not getting my deposit back even though I gave them 30+ day notice I was moving out, cleaned my apartment very thoroughly, never put holes in the wall to hang things, and did a final walk through with building management and I have a signed checklist- they said I had an unpaid rent balance because their system said I paid $1450 in rent even though I paid $1150. I told them to look at my rent payment history and even sent them a printout from their office saying how much rent I owed the last two months I was there. I havent gotten a response yet.- after moving out, I kept receiving the utility bill. Management said theyd take my name off, but the following month I received another bill. I asked them to fix it or give me contact info for the utility company. I havent received a response.- windows dont open- the fire pit thing on the rooftop was never fixed while I was there- my neighbor was stuck outside once because he forgot his key fob and called building management to let him in. They did not answer. He eventually found management and the building maintenance guy in the office, sitting around not doing anything. He was not happy. He ended up moving out.- I was told that tenants on the lower floors hear a lot of street noiseI was never late on rent, was a good tenant, and never gave them trouble.
