Initially, the place was pleasant and tidy, and the staff and management were friendly. As time went on, however, the appliances and furnishings became of poor quality and many of them broke down. Water leakage started occurring in my apartment and many other residents' as well. In 2020, a new manager named Daniel took over. He is a good talker, but when it comes to getting things done, it takes him a long time or he doesn't respond at all. Here are some other issues that this place suffers from: 1. From time to time, the entrance gate stops working and it takes months to repair it. In the meantime, cars can come and go freely, which is why many resident cars have been broken into. 2. The wooden fence that borders the back area has large openings underneath, so intruders can easily get in. This is especially dangerous for the elderly residents! 3. They impose a $63.00 late fee, which is quite high for seniors who are living on a fixed income. Furthermore, they force you to pay online, which is difficult for seniors who were used to paying in person. 4. The maintenance man takes his time coming for repairs and is somewhat rude when you speak to him on the phone. 5. Very quiet Community Staff is Awesome

They dont have 24 hour staff at front entrance desk If you need asistance after hours have to call

Apartment complex gates need work U have to park like an inch close for it to openalso theyre not long so one could scale them if wanted

Golden Bamboo III is good place Jackie is great and always helpful and Daniel is very professional
