We have been living in this community for the last 4.5 years, but in the last two years it has declined rapidly and is now a place you would want to avoid. Last year the complex caused damage to my vehicle, yet despite having evidence of their negligence, a police report, and their failure to fix the problem, they said I had to pay for the repairs (which amounted to nearly 20k). Maintenance has been a joke - we have had leaks in the restrooms and sinks for over a year, and the fridge is still leaking. Most recently, the water was turned off without notifying residents, which caused our son to be caught in the middle of a shower with shampoo in his hair. Thankfully, we had some water bottles on hand so he could rinse off. If you are looking for a place to stay, do not look here - you are better off paying a bit more elsewhere, where the people value their tenants. more ... hide ...

I moved into Cypress View Villas on February 17th 2022 I dealt mostly with Kaylynn during the application process and prior to my move in date and she was amazing Went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move into my new place on timenMy firs I moved into Cypress View Villas on February 17th 2022 I dealt mostly with Kaylynn during the application process and prior to my move in date and she was amazing Went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move into my new place on timenMy first night here something was going on with heater and it wasnt working right and it was the weekend Ray I believe is his name showed up very shortly after I called in my problem and had it working in no time I have to admit I was surprised at how fast he got to me being the weekend and all He was very polite and respectful and was very knowledgeable about the issue I was havingnnI did not move out of my last place by choice my previous landlord sold the property I was living in so I had to move The team here at Cypress View was very compassionate knowing this was an emotional time for my son and InMy son and I are very happy at our new home and would HIGHLY recommend Cypress View Villas 100 times over again Weve found our homenThanks Cypress View Villas team more ... hide ...
