Parkview Terrace Apartments are really nice for senior citizens on a limited income. The assistant office manager is a liar she tells you one thing and dont follow through Ive been trying to get into these townhomes for a while and always being told not sure if anything is available or coming up soon j ust recently was told it was opening coming in April to keep in touch to check stubs in she forgot to give me application had to go back and get it still was no update on that up-and-coming townhouse for April just called a few days later and of course its been secured by somebody else I call that bad business more ... hide ...

Weve lived here for the last 4.5 years and for the last two years or so this place has quickly gone from a great community to a place where you now want to run from and not look back. Last year the complexs prope rty totaled my truck. Even with proof of their negligence, a police report, and their failure to fix the property said I was out of luck and had to take care of it myself(just under 20k in damages). Maintenance has also become a joke! Weve had leaks in both restrooms, all 3 sinks, that took them about a year to get too. The fridge is still leaking! With the most recent situation the water keeps getting turned off before management sends out a notice to inform residents of whats going on so we can plan accordingly and take our showers. Our son was half way through his shower and with shampoo in his hair the water just stopped and management wouldnt answer the phone. We had to use water bottles which we were glad we had on hand to at least rinse his hair. If youre looking for somewhere to live dont look here, youre better off paying a little more somewhere else where they value their residents. more ... hide ...
