Place was trash all I gotta say ran up my light bill by stuff that was messed up with their own power box or whatever the case leaks rats and flooring was messed up air conditioning problems so yeah it was unpleasant

Love the office people Lynn is great Definitely need some work in the maintenance area have had a couple things not working or broken since we have moved in and nobody has came and fixed it almost been a year But other than that great place to live

They also don't let the kids play with balls or sidewalk chalk outside due to complaints from older residents. When my A/C broke, they took over two weeks to repair it and even said I would be charged if they came before my scheduled time according to other work orders. Brandy used to be here and she gave us a model room until the A/C was fixed, but now there's new management who aren't very welcoming towards families — only elders —and there are no more community activities for children either. The pool is always green and there's a lot of dog poop around that makes it even worse. People also smoke outside of the gate which looks horrible, dangerous and makes me uneasy walking by alone.
