They also don't let the kids play with balls or sidewalk chalk outside due to complaints from older residents. When my A/C broke, they took over two weeks to repair it and even said I would be charged if they came before my scheduled time according to other work orders. Brandy used to be here and she gave us a model room until the A/C was fixed, but now there's new management who aren't very welcoming towards families — only elders —and there are no more community activities for children either. The pool is always green and there's a lot of dog poop around that makes it even worse. People also smoke outside of the gate which looks horrible, dangerous and makes me uneasy walking by alone. When Brandy was here, this wasn't an issue but now I can't wait till my lease expires so I can leave this place! more ... hide ...

Maintenance staff has a high turn around Long term office staff tell you what you want to hear and then never fulfill their promised duties The pool stays closed the gym is closed the playground was replaced with a smaller one I feel their should be Maintenance staff has a high turn around Long term office staff tell you what you want to hear and then never fulfill their promised duties The pool stays closed the gym is closed the playground was replaced with a smaller one I feel their should be a deduction in rent due to not being able to access the amenities that are included in the cost of rent Maintenance is not doing repairs unless it is an emergency this includes not working on air conditioner in the middle of July yet unannounced inspections occur The breezeways are disgusting and needed to be power washed years ago but they make sure to send notices out about fining you if they see a broken blind Younger personalities and enthusiastic energy is definitely needed in the front office I truly believe this is the reason for maintenance always leaving more ... hide ...
