For the amount paid for a three-bedroom unit, it wasn't worth the money. The carpet in the living area when we moved in wasn't new; it simply appeared to have been shampooed. After a month, stains began to appear. The AC never really worked properly; during summer it was terribly hot and fans had to be running while the AC was kept on all the time. The temperature never went below 75. It was an old unit and they never replaced it as we had requested. They opted for the cheapest materials when it came to repairs and replacements. We never had cockroaches when we lived there, but they started to show. Fortunately, I was aware of a particular bug repellent and had my own sprayer to take care of the problem. I sprayed the inside and outside of the apartment, including the windows, doors, and crevices, and never saw anything again. That being said, I had to do that. It was not ideal. There were many occasions when cars were broken into and a cop would be present at least once a week. I wouldn't recommend it, but I heard they are now installing floor paneling. Lived here for 3 years always paid rent on time and when we moved out they said we owed 700 for which we have no problem paying However they NEVER once tried to get a hold of us no call no mail no email nothing even though they had all our informatio Lived here for 3 years always paid rent on time and when we moved out they said we owed 700 for which we have no problem paying However they NEVER once tried to get a hold of us no call no mail no email nothing even though they had all our information 3 months later they send it to our credit report already and all it took was one call for the credit report to contact us saying that we owe debt and they lied saying they were trying to reach us when in fact they were NOT I called them and they said they would find out what address they had on file and a week later never even received a call back That was really bitter and unprofessional of them Smh I Do NOT recommend living here more ... hide ...

Roach infested bad Like really bad never in my life had roaches but they did not do well at maintaining that Kids are awful parents let them roam wild and free its not a good place to live
