Is the rent on a one bedroom really start at 351 a month or are the rates on the website incorrectnnThe review requires to give a star rating and I never lived here or knew about this property so I gave a one star just to ask a question

I have lived here since about 2017 and I have very mixed feelings The apartments themselves are decently nice upon first glance but the management manager specifically is kind ofidk how to put it Again Ive lived here for quite a few years now and eve I have lived here since about 2017 and I have very mixed feelings The apartments themselves are decently nice upon first glance but the management manager specifically is kind ofidk how to put it Again Ive lived here for quite a few years now and every time she sees me I get questioned on if I live here what Im doing here etc and as a young person of color I definitely feel singled out in that respect Recently the water pressure in all the sinks and showers have gone down the drain and no one ever picks up the phone Ive had my car broken into and it just so happened that the cameras trail cams at the time were all erased Now theres not even trail cams up Ive been accused of leaving out my dogs restroom but it wasnt filed and we did that for your benefit No maam There needs to be proof and I know for a fact it did not happen like that Our dishwasher was not installed correctly and the maintenance team had to collaborate to figure out how to screw the placements in since it was installed directly under a stone countertop When they send you a notice to fix or remove something details are not included and theyll come back and be like oh well we meant this after youve done all the work in 100 degree heat Again the buildings are decent for subsidized housing but lord have mercy the manager gets under my skin like nobodies business The assistant manager male on the other hand is extremely nice and I way prefer dealing with him over the manager female Its like dealing with that mother in law that no one wants to deal with honestly Ive made it a point to befriend many of my neighbors and some of them have had even worse experiences with the managernAll in all the apartments and amenities are totally worth itbut if you cant deal with a monster in law as your manager I would not suggest it more ... hide ...

WAS interested but noone seems to ever pick up a phone kinda makes a person wonder about the maintenance issues i read on these reviews may be true too I think people can do better

Its extremely beautiful and nice place to live
