Robin and Shannon just micro manage everything little thing they pay too much attention to small things They send out these little papers and emails almost every day and it gets so annoying Robin specifically doesnt respect anyone on site Once she kn Robin and Shannon just micro manage everything little thing they pay too much attention to small things They send out these little papers and emails almost every day and it gets so annoying Robin specifically doesnt respect anyone on site Once she knocked on my neighbors door and he wasnt at the time She waited 5 seconds not a minute or 2 and then proceeded to let herself in They hire horrible pick up crews and they always seem to miss trash or when asked they say theyre doing too much The Apartments arent worth the 700 rent if youre looking for something thats worth your money then these apartments arent it It took a whole apartment to catch fire for them to put in fire extinguishers if i could put a zero rating i would more ... hide ...

the apartments are fine at best ive had gnats since I moved in and every time they send pest control it seems like the gnats get worse the property manager micromanages and is Very Rude my neighbors smoke cigarettes in their house and sometimes I ent the apartments are fine at best ive had gnats since I moved in and every time they send pest control it seems like the gnats get worse the property manager micromanages and is Very Rude my neighbors smoke cigarettes in their house and sometimes I enter my bedroom and it just smells like their cigarette smoke they also raise the cost of rent to beyond what the apartments are worth i am currently renting at 100 less than they are asking for now and these apartment simply arent worth that much taking into account the bugs the management the nosy not really noisy neighbors little amenities and bad parking for some buildings there are better apartments right next to this one thank you guys for installing fire extinguishers after an apartment catching on fire its sad it took bringing you originally saying it was too much work to the attention of the internet for it to matter but its good nonetheless more ... hide ...

At first they had a manager that was friendly but didnt seem to do her job then Robin came And when Robin came everything changed great communication Is on it when something happens around the apartments Personally I feel safe here Every time somethi At first they had a manager that was friendly but didnt seem to do her job then Robin came And when Robin came everything changed great communication Is on it when something happens around the apartments Personally I feel safe here Every time something is broken which is not a lot of times the maintenance guy is there before I know it He also seems professional and funny at the same time Thats the type of person I would want around if something needs to be fixed Robin had a food drive she organized the clothes drive so that tells me that she cares for people And it wasnt easy having to pick up the pieces from what the former manager left behind And I am picky about my place So I hope she stays because we need somebody like her around And as far as the bad reviews here there always will be complainers no matter where you go So yes if I could give it 10 Stars I would more ... hide ...
