I moved into Hickory Hills in the summer of 2017 and although it hasn't been the best experience, it could have been worse. Recently, I encountered a problem with the professionalism of the management. The blinds in my apartment had a small piece bro I moved into Hickory Hills in the summer of 2017 and although it hasn't been the best experience, it could have been worse. Recently, I encountered a problem with the professionalism of the management. The blinds in my apartment had a small piece broken off of the end, which was at the bottom and therefore not very visible. Nevertheless, the management put in a work order to replace the blinds and charged me for them. The work order had a total cost of $0 and I was told that if I didn't replace the blinds, my apartment would look like a "ghetto". The property manager was very hostile during the phone call and raised their voice. If you are able to, I recommend avoiding this place. more ... hide ...
