Living here, there is no need to worry! The amenities are fantastic, the apartments are up-to-date, and they have taken extra measures during this pandemic including sanitizing, social distancing, and other precautions. We had made an appointment for a tour on Saturday, however, when we showed up the place was shut; despite the fact that their website and door said they were open. Inside there was somebody just watching us trying to enter. Once the woman eventually opened the door she had a bad attitude and stated that "the hours posted must not be updated" even though it stated "open Saturdays 10-4". I recently moved to the coast after spending 2 1/2 years at Artesian Springs Apartments. There, I found my apartment to be quiet, clean and secure. There, I found my apartment to be quiet, clean and secure. The grounds were always well-maintained, and I very rarely needed assistance from the maintenance team - though they were always prompt when required. Most importantly, Julie - the property manager - was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with any issues that arose during my stay.
