The customer service provided by Natalie, who claims to be the manager of Oak Trace apartments, was absolutely dismal. When I first stepped into the office, instead of a friendly greeting, all I got was "HOW CAN I HELP YOU? WHAT'S YOUR INCOME?" When I first stepped into the office, instead of a friendly greeting, all I got was "HOW CAN I HELP YOU? WHAT'S YOUR INCOME?" I found this attitude to be very condescending, considering that this is a housing facility. I'm curious to know what qualifications this individual has to occupy the role of manager. I will be filing a complaint against her and I hope that she will take the time to further her training in customer service so as to better serve potential renters in the future. Furthermore, their website is misleading. I had arranged a viewing for a certain day and time only to be told that they were fully booked. Consequently, I had to make use of my valuable time to go there for nothing. Unprofessional and unacceptable. No wonder they only have a 2.5 review rating.
