I have had the pleasure of experiencing two property managers here; I thank Eve and formerly Zoe for reviving this place! We rapidly needed a place to stay due to the pandemic, and the prior management enabled us to move in, but it was an unpleasant property where nothing was ever fixed. Thankfully, thanks to the new management, this is finally starting to look like a proper home. Unfortunately, many of the inhabitants violate the lease, but most are pretty pleasant and our property manager Eve is the best one I have ever encountered. She is truly caring, and wants to help everyone. She tries to assist individuals to overcome difficulties they may be facing and she has an admirable wealth of knowledge. She is an absolute blessing and I am grateful that I stayed here. She has worked hard to improve the property and the results are evident. As for Blue Line Security, I'm not sure why HNN believes they are a good security source, they never return calls and if they do, it's long after you made the call; it's a total joke of a company. I am delighted to witness the love and care Eve shows her residents, she has brought a new energy to the property. I'm looking forward to seeing the property grow and develop even more under her guidance! A big thank you to HNN for providing us with a manager who cares about her residents! more ... hide ...

Since new management has taken over I definitely see a difference starting to happen With Eve it was a nightmare I really hope the property continues to get better with the new management team
