First let me tell you what I think is good about this placenn The leasing office and maintenance are very responsive Irma in particular is a real MVP super prompt and very nicen Very reasonably priced and all utilities included except electricn The n First let me tell you what I think is good about this placenn The leasing office and maintenance are very responsive Irma in particular is a real MVP super prompt and very nicen Very reasonably priced and all utilities included except electricn The neighbors are generally nice enough and respectful of each others spaceitems on the patios etcnnThe things I didnt like so much are mostly that the buildings are very old with very thin wallswindows so if you have a unit by the road as I did you will hear a LOT of road noise The other main issue for me is the neighborhood which is not the safest at night but the complex obviously cant do much about thatnnOverall I think its a decent place to stay for awhile when you first get to San Antonio and youre trying to figure stuff out I was grateful to have this place after losing my housing in another city and relocating to SA more ... hide ...

Very nice people in office was looking for a place and they were full they didnt have any open but were very nice and polite

Have good friend that lives there He seems to like it there
