Everything the other reviews written by actual tenants state is true. Trash collection is $35 a month, but it rarely arrives on time. The security they boast about is nonexistent; we've been here for more than a year and still haven't seen any of this "security." Packages have been stolen from our doorstep several times, just minutes after being delivered. People have even hopped the fence and taken items from our balcony. Our bedroom window has even been shot at. The parking garages are in terrible condition, with broken gates and frequent break-ins. Recently, my car was damaged to the tune of at least $400 in the parking garage, and management offered no help. You can also find rats in the parking garage, possums near the dumpsters, and bikes getting stolen from third floor balconies. Once you sign your lease and they get what they want, they won't bother communicating with you in a timely manner. This is certainly nowhere close to the "luxury living" they advertise.
