Seriously, don't even think about moving here. Everything the other reviews written by actual tenants state is true. Trash collection is $35 a month, but it rarely arrives on time. The security they boast about is nonexistent; we've been here for more than a year and still haven't seen any of this "security." Packages have been stolen from our doorstep several times, just minutes after being delivered. People have even hopped the fence and taken items from our balcony. Our bedroom window has even been shot at. The parking garages are in terrible condition, with broken gates and frequent break-ins. Recently, my car was damaged to the tune of at least $400 in the parking garage, and management offered no help. You can also find rats in the parking garage, possums near the dumpsters, and bikes getting stolen from third floor balconies. Once you sign your lease and they get what they want, they won't bother communicating with you in a timely manner. This is certainly nowhere close to the "luxury living" they advertise. The sole redeeming factor is the maintenance team. To spare yourself the frustration, don't move in here. more ... hide ...

I love this place I walk out to my car getting broken into I shoot the guy I bury his body and for 7 weeks now nobody has asked me any questions Security cameras I guess dont work But I love the apartments Id add photos buy my lawyer told me not too

Dont move here Really read the reviews this complex is a mess Car break ins everyday and all we get is a make a police report like if dallas police is going to come and patrol the inside of the apartment complex Never seen a security that they say th Dont move here Really read the reviews this complex is a mess Car break ins everyday and all we get is a make a police report like if dallas police is going to come and patrol the inside of the apartment complex Never seen a security that they say they have I have been waiting on pest control for over 2 weeks now going for 3 I have an ant infestation and the office doesnt care I cant even eat my food in the counter or have a good sleep at night since there all over the place All I get is that the company that they use is short staffed so I guess Ill have to wait till they get staffed so I can have this infestation in control We pay monthly for pest control but yet I have to go out of my way to buy products to try and fix it Because the office is definitely no help I wish you guys were able to see the community bored its nothing but complains every resident here is unhappy If I could tell you guys something it would be save your money and put it somewhere else where they actually care because they dont here more ... hide ...

Camden Farmers Market used to be a great place to live The staff was friendly and helpful We had a receiving center for packages The office was open 7 days a week I lived here for 4 years If you stop by today youll find all 3 pools look like swamps a Camden Farmers Market used to be a great place to live The staff was friendly and helpful We had a receiving center for packages The office was open 7 days a week I lived here for 4 years If you stop by today youll find all 3 pools look like swamps as they have for the past month Dont try to take an elevator because its likely out of order Car breakins are reported multiple times a week The receiving center is no longer an amenity and stolen packages are just an everyday thing Dont waste your time calling the leasing office because they wont take your callinstead youll be routed to a calling center 4 hours away that cant really provide immediate help The ONLY good thing I have to say about Camden Farmers Market right now is that they have a great maintenance team Dont even bother and take your apartment search elsewhere more ... hide ...
