N if they cant come in your apartments you get fined. If only they fix the problem when told. But they say we are in lack of maintenance, or they are working in the other apartment building. Also dont snitch on your neighbours even if you have proof of the wrong doing you get a write up. 3of those and your out. Theres been like 6 secretaries c I think the problem is the manager jaeny. My parents gave the 200 dlls deposit personally since I was out of town and the company didnt accept accept online transactions. When I was allowed to see the unit the size was much smaller than what I saw online and my 200 dll money order which my parents turned in without a recipient name (blank) was not returned to me. My parents did not receive any receipt of payment. The walls are extremely thin, permitting me to audibly detect every word and action that transpires next door. I've contacted the police due to noise grievances and violence events, and I don't comprehend why I disburse 750 dollars to live in such perilous circumstances. They also permit tenants to take their animals out without a leash and never impose penalties when they don't pick up after them. I've been chased two times by an unleashed pet. During the summer, people indulge in the pool and denigrate the common playground.
