This residence is abysmal. After half a year of living here, I can honestly say I've given them a chance to demonstrate their capabilities. The management's been recently taken over by Sandra Diaz, but I have yet to observe any amelioration. The alle This residence is abysmal. The alley adjacent to my building is still employed as a garbage bin, with tenants and maintenance personnel simply discarding furniture, devices, and tree branches in the open, which produces a pestilential atmosphere and disturbs the aesthetic of the residential. The walls are extremely thin, permitting me to audibly detect every word and action that transpires next door. I've contacted the police due to noise grievances and violence events, and I don't comprehend why I disburse 750 dollars to live in such perilous circumstances. They also permit tenants to take their animals out without a leash and never impose penalties when they don't pick up after them. I've been chased two times by an unleashed pet. During the summer, people indulge in the pool and denigrate the common playground. This place needs to begin strictly fining tenants so that they comply with the accepted behavior criteria. more ... hide ...
