I have had pest control come to my home multiple times, and even they were astonished by the roach infestation. They said they would return, but they never did. When you pay rent online, they don't give out receipts, which makes it easy for them to steal money. So I'm glad they stopped allowing online payments, but now people don't have any record that they paid. I have complained to the office multiple times about all the issues, but nothing has been done. It seems like they treat the HUD residents poorly. My next step is to contact HUD or someone of authority to complain about this. I have never encountered an infestation in any of the other places I have lived, but here it is a problem. The building looks nice, but it could use some work. I have never written a review or had anything negative to say about any of the apartments I have lived in, but this one has let me down. more ... hide ...

The newest off people are rude disrespectful and they never answer complex phone To pay rent is almost impossible The tenets still do know who owns the complex Not to mention the trash all over the place
