They evaluated the units last month, but they have yet to fix anything. When you pay rent online, they don't give out receipts, which makes it easy for them to steal money. So I'm glad they stopped allowing online payments, but now people don't have any record that they paid. I have complained to the office multiple times about all the issues, but nothing has been done. It seems like they treat the HUD residents poorly. My next step is to contact HUD or someone of authority to complain about this. I have never encountered an infestation in any of the other places I have lived, but here it is a problem. The building looks nice, but it could use some work.
