I visited this complex around the second week of September and the units I was shown looked nice I was originally looking to move in on October 23rd but my job needed me down by October 1st So I contacted the property manager ToriRae Panozzo about ne I visited this complex around the second week of September and the units I was shown looked nice I was originally looking to move in on October 23rd but my job needed me down by October 1st So I contacted the property manager ToriRae Panozzo about needing to move in sooner She told me that there was a bigger unit already rent ready and we were able to get it for close to the same price This was two weeks before I need to be there It was perfect or so I thoughtnnThat was 14 days prior to October 1st or move in date that I was told this unit was rent ready On the day off move in we get our key go to our unit we open the door and immediately notice the carpets on the stairs are stained and dirty as well as a strong smell of smoke The entire unit reeked off smoke and everything was filthy I tried calling Tori right away less than 10 minutes after getting my key from her and I was told that she was gone for the day Unfortunately we hired movers so they were on schedule and had to move us in Imagine how furious we werennWe decided to vacuum a couple of small areas and we had to empty the container quickly We found an earring pieces of plastic and other junk on the floor as we were walking through Cigarette butts on our balcony cigarette residue on our ceiling fans bathrooms and kitchen were not cleaned at all There was a broken doorknob on one of the bedrooms One of the toilets was wobbly and still is as of this review There is a large hole under one of the bathroom sinksnnSo basically for 14 days this unit sat uncleaned with a broken door knob a wobbly toilet sticky floors stained carpets in multiple rooms and absolutely disgusting fans and vent covers all while smelling of smoke They had their newly hired cleaners come over two days after we moved in and even they expressed how the unit smelled of smoke and that it was clearly not cleaned They did a great job of cleaning the bathrooms the kitchen and the fans but Tori has still not rectified the carpets or the fact that the ducts will need to be cleaned because obviously the previous tenant smoked in the unitnnDo not rent in this property and if this is any indication of how they are as a company do not rent from any of their properties more ... hide ...
