Worst place ever Had mold in apartment I had to go to Tipton county health department and Indiana Health Department after 1 12 yrs to get it fixed and then it wasnt fixed right Manager is a thief Do not rent here

I get that repairs take time but the property manager doesnt even bother to acknowledge a complaint The last time that we had a plumbing problem were there was sewage in our kitchen She wouldnt let me fill out a work order said that she did it for us I get that repairs take time but the property manager doesnt even bother to acknowledge a complaint The last time that we had a plumbing problem were there was sewage in our kitchen She wouldnt let me fill out a work order said that she did it for us when she wasnt even in the office that day and then we had to live with sewage in our kitchen for 3 days The problem wasnt resolved until we called the office for a different complex in the neighboring county The biggest issue for me is that the major that affect health and safety problems are ignored Thw only work being done is law care and even then its only in sports of 3 days of work and a week or 3 of rest more ... hide ...

Im a resident and this is by far the worst place to rent in Tipton Unsafe conditions like balconies in disrepair trash overflowing and left for weeks repairs not done in a timely manner Save yourself the heartache rent elsewhere

Havent rented here but I did see the parking lots and inside of one of the buildings and one of the units in the buildingnA pretty average type of apartment complex set up typenA bit dated could all use updatingnBut it wasnt too badnLivable
