They very rarely answer the phone and if they do they never call you back Its been an ongoing problem for more than a year

this place is terrible my mother got sick and had to be in the hospital because the neighbors were cooking meth across from her and they were the so called managers they havent offered to do anything but buy her out of her lease they wont pay her ho this place is terrible my mother got sick and had to be in the hospital because the neighbors were cooking meth across from her and they were the so called managers they havent offered to do anything but buy her out of her lease they wont pay her hospital bills or pay to find another place for her to live or damages to any of her personal items most terrible place to live they dont take care of the place weeds and grass grow up to over a foot tall and diane who is the so called manager is new york is hateful on the phone i will be turning them in to the better business bureau news casts and will be contacting a lawywer you will be going down canterbury watchand see more ... hide ...

I get that repairs take time but the property manager doesnt even bother to acknowledge a complaint The last time that we had a plumbing problem were there was sewage in our kitchen She wouldnt let me fill out a work order said that she did it for us I get that repairs take time but the property manager doesnt even bother to acknowledge a complaint The last time that we had a plumbing problem were there was sewage in our kitchen She wouldnt let me fill out a work order said that she did it for us when she wasnt even in the office that day and then we had to live with sewage in our kitchen for 3 days The problem wasnt resolved until we called the office for a different complex in the neighboring county The biggest issue for me is that the major that affect health and safety problems are ignored Thw only work being done is law care and even then its only in sports of 3 days of work and a week or 3 of rest more ... hide ...

Havent rented here but I did see the parking lots and inside of one of the buildings and one of the units in the buildingnA pretty average type of apartment complex set up typenA bit dated could all use updatingnBut it wasnt too badnLivable
