Havent rented here but I did see the parking lots and inside of one of the buildings and one of the units in the buildingnA pretty average type of apartment complex set up typenA bit dated could all use updatingnBut it wasnt too badnLivable

I have nothing but good to say about this complex, it€™s staff, and the €œquality of life€ that I have been given by moving here to Tipton! It was not easy leaving the area that I had been born and raised in, and I have nothing but good to say about this complex, it€™s staff, and the €œquality of life€ that I have been given by moving here to Tipton! It was not easy leaving the area that I had been born and raised in, and spent my whole life in on Indy€™s Northside, but what I got for taking the leap, is a beautiful place to live, in a community that is loaded with surprises, and a new way of life! The community room here in the complex (building) offers a host of new friends as well! I really do like Tipton, and all of its quaint little places to shop and visit!
