I have not had a single problem living here The management team is very nice and prompt in their response The house is ECO friendly once you learn how to effectively use a heat pump system and properly inslulate your home Neighbors can be quirky but I have not had a single problem living here The management team is very nice and prompt in their response The house is ECO friendly once you learn how to effectively use a heat pump system and properly inslulate your home Neighbors can be quirky but thats anywhere you live As for break ins I have invested in inhome security measures like cameras and alarms the same kind my friends and family have that OWN their own home and have not had anything stolen or broken in to I feel both safe AND comfortable where I am My only wish was bigger deckpatios for more private outdoor living spaces I love that they take pets just dont care for the 25 dollars extra per month ON TOP of the 25000 pet deposit I would also like to see better trimmingweedeating with the lawn care but am not opposed to doing that much myself I love the speed bumps that keep the kids safer than most neighborhoods It really is a good place to live with a corporate type landlord that gets things done If I asked for anything more Id be paying a lot more which I dont want to do more ... hide ...
