I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone

My mother has had a leaking toilet since before Christmas and needs her shower head and bedroom blinds replaced, plus her screen door fell off this morning. When she inquired about maintenance, she was informed it would not be available for a whole m My mother has had a leaking toilet since before Christmas and needs her shower head and bedroom blinds replaced, plus her screen door fell off this morning. When she inquired about maintenance, she was informed it would not be available for a whole month. This is totally unacceptable. Additionally, the elevator floor has not been cleaned in months and appears to be stained with something that looks like blood. When she first moved in, the building was well-maintained, but now there is no response when she emails, calls, or appears in person to ask for her issues to be fixed. I'm disappointed that such a nice complex has gone downhill in the past year. Something needs to be done to take care of the tenants. My mother lived here for 7 years It started as a great place well kept up In the past 1 12years it has continued to deteriorate with absolutely NO interest from management or the owners to make changes Last winter 2 of the 3 elevators were not workin My mother lived here for 7 years It started as a great place well kept up In the past 1 12years it has continued to deteriorate with absolutely NO interest from management or the owners to make changes Last winter 2 of the 3 elevators were not working for over 6 weeks leaving her bound in her apartment as her scooter didnt fit in the 3rd occasionally functional very small elevator They advertise that it is a secure building yet almost daily people prop open the back door or leave it ajar and I looked due to its broken hinge The last straw was her being hospitalized on three separate occasions over the past month due to heat exhaustion from her air conditioner not working for over 6 weeks in 8090 weather Think twice before coming here There are better places for our seniors where they actually care for their safety welfare Truly shameful more ... hide ...

My mom and I love it here Plenty of room in our two bedroom apartment Lots of activites here in the community and outside Office staff is pleasant and helpful Maintenance is doing a wonderful job Mom and I love this place
