The teenagers would have fights all the time they would hang out all times of night. But I must say that now that they have a new management, it is so much better. You dont see teens fighting nor are they out all times of night. Management has done an exceptional job of cleaning up Nora Pines. They go by the rules/lease. They are honest, kind, and professional ladies. They treat their tenants with respect. The maintenance men are very good at what they do. They come in a timely manner. I am very proud to say that I live here in Nora Pines this is my 4th year here.more ...hide ...

When she inquired about maintenance, she was informed it would not be available for a whole month. This is totally unacceptable. Additionally, the elevator floor has not been cleaned in months and appears to be stained with something that looks like blood. When she first moved in, the building was well-maintained, but now there is no response when she emails, calls, or appears in person to ask for her issues to be fixed. I'm disappointed that such a nice complex has gone downhill in the past year. Something needs to be done to take care of the tenants. Customer care is lacking and I'm very frustrated.more ...hide ...
