The flat was not ready to be occupied when we signed the contract after having viewed pictures of the apartment (my misjudgment, won't let it happen again). The back door is incomplete and bugs and dirt are entering, so I'm using a box to keep it closed. They have put in a service request, yet they still have not arrived to look at it, showing that the maintenance team is very slow. Furthermore, the apartment was not clean and if they paid someone to do it, they should be refunded because the kitchen had a sticky residue and the cupboards were nasty, not to mention the carpet. They came to "clean" it on the day we moved in, but it is still dirty. It is covered in gunk, and when wiped, it has a strange color, therefore it should be removed. I usually don't like to criticize, however, if I can help someone make the best choice for their relocation, then I believe it is worth it.
