I would give this place zero stars if I could. When I initially signed a 14 month lease, it had 4 stars, but now it is below 2.5. This is well deserved. The office staff won't do anything about complaints, and I don't think there is even a maintenanc I would give this place zero stars if I could. The AC units are very outdated and don't work efficiently; you will be spending a lot of money on heating. Additionally, a third-party company was brought in to change the water savers on all plumbing fixtures, and they even stole my shower head! I spoke with the office multiple times and each time they said they would contact the owner and email me back, but they never followed through. I would not recommend that my worst enemy live here. To make matters worse, when you need to update information for the lease, no one will answer your calls or emails (I even went into the office and was not helped). Then, when the information is not updated, they add additional fees to your rent without even trying to contact you in any way. I am seriously considering getting a lawyer involved. I am writing this after 2 months of being consistently ignored I was going to file a report with the better business bureau but could not find the complex listed under accredited or non accredited My dishwasher broke a few days before new years eve I I am writing this after 2 months of being consistently ignored I was going to file a report with the better business bureau but could not find the complex listed under accredited or non accredited My dishwasher broke a few days before new years eve I have been very patient with the office for getting this fixed because I know it was the holidays and everyone is having staffing issues but this is ridiculous now No one has told me if the part for it has even been ordered Ive called over a dozen times in the past couple months and every person tells me they will call me back with an answer and they never do This is by far the nastiest apartment I have ever lived in Do yourself a favor and dont rent from them Ive had a slew of problems since moving in but being ignored for months on end has to take the cake This place is a joke They switched out apartments 3 days before move in they switched us to a bigger apartment but I still pay over 900 for a tiny 1 bedroom and they stuck us at the very back of the complex that seems to be where all the loud people are The ac window unit because thats all they have was covered in mold inside and out which the maintenance man admitted to but all I got was some mold and mildew cleaner sprayed on it Seriously I ignored all the bad reviews to save money on an apartment and would not recommend When we originally signed our lease we rented the senna and were supposed to stay at that rate Right now that apartment goes for 799 max and I pay 920 a month even if I was paying Im in a primrose but was getting the senna deal because of how bad they screwed us over at move in time and even if I rented that apartment today full price I would be paying less that I am right now This place is horrible and will definitely rip you off more ... hide ...
