My dishwasher broke a few days before new years eve, I have been very patient with the office for getting this fixed because I know it was the holidays and everyone is having staffing issues but this is ridiculous now. No one has told me if the part for it has even been ordered! Ive called over a dozen times in the past couple months and every person tells me they will call me back with an answer and they never do. This is by far the nastiest apartment I have ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and dont rent from them. Ive had a slew of problems since moving in but being ignored for months on end has to take the cake! This place is a joke! They switched out apartments 3 days before move in, they switched us to a bigger apartment but I still pay over $900 for a tiny 1 bedroom, and they stuck us at the very back of the complex that seems to be where all the loud people are. The a/c (window unit because thats all they have) was covered in mold inside and out which the maintenance man admitted to but all I got was some mold and mildew cleaner sprayed on it. Seriously, I ignored all the bad reviews to save money on an apartment and would not recommend! When we originally signed our lease we rented the senna and were supposed to stay at that rate. Right now that apartment goes for 799 max and I pay $920 a month, even if I was paying. Im in a primrose but was getting the senna deal because of how bad they screwed us over at move in time and even if I rented that apartment today full price I would be paying less that I am right now.
