The entire rental procedure was simple and straightforward. There were no issues with communication as they were very responsive in keeping my application running without a hitch. They appear to have invested a lot of funds in maintaining the propert The entire rental procedure was simple and straightforward. They appear to have invested a lot of funds in maintaining the property looking neat and modern. The buildings are in good shape and the parking lots are in great condition, which I find to be a top priority. There were only two minor maintenance tasks that needed to be completed, nothing too serious, and within a day of my request, someone came to fix it. The complex is almost 50 years old but it looks up to date and modern, not to mention the amenities.
