Ive been here over 2 years almost 3 and I had no complaint actually up until the recent new owners they have not fixed anything and I seen a roach for the first time ever in my unit that before stayed exterminated of course because it was offered and Ive been here over 2 years almost 3 and I had no complaint actually up until the recent new owners they have not fixed anything and I seen a roach for the first time ever in my unit that before stayed exterminated of course because it was offered and there is also now a NAT problem first Ive ever seen and Im just looking to move Ill continue to stay month to month because these new owners are Nothing like old management never went over 24 hrs with out anything being fixed I have a sink in my kitchen thats been flooding my house for 23 months now Ive put in tons of request the new management is the worst yet Im over it freezer too doesnt work I had to go buy a large deep freezer they have yet to come look at my fridge these apartments are about to be done for Before you know it they would be completely bugged out this management here is horrible more ... hide ...

There is no security here theyre always drag racing and doing donuts in the parking lots Property management does nothing about it little kids play with Bebe guns and your car window gets cracked Appliances are always falling apart

Issues take months to be solved. The buildings have set-ups that are unlike any other unit. As a business, they do not communicate with anyone. But they are quick to put letters on people's doors with false information when the office closes. Some people have been living there for years, relying on SSI and subsidized housing, yet the rent is being raised, leaving them without enough money to pay other bills. There was an instance of a woman and her son living in a place with growing mold and a protruding nail from the rug. Renewing the lease means they should shampoo the carpets but this is not done. My air conditioner stopped working and they replaced the fan, but it stopped again without warning. Additionally, I went without hot water for six months before they ordered a new part for the heater. After three years of being a resident, I am not renewing my lease. more ... hide ...
