Nonetheless, Executive Director Greg Byrge is often unapproachable, off-putting and remote from the daily activities taking place on this floor. His lack of appreciation for the staff's hard work to ensure the wellbeing of the patients/residents is quite disturbing. He seldom visits to give thanks to the staff or even to inquire about the state of the residents. At this time, it is essential to remind ourselves that none of our efforts go unnoticed. The entire administration should take the time to connect with all of the departments - from housekeeping to dietary to the nursing department and especially to the nurses' aides - that work together to make the 'moving parts' run smoothly. This staff deserves a much-needed recognition and appreciation, and it is up to Greg to lead by example. I was placed here twice after shoulder surgery and it was a wonderful experience The staff was friendly and efficient The therapy was awesome I could tell they all had my best interest at heart

I love this place All the people who work jere are so sweet and kind I visited my grandmother every week and the staff remember my name and are always smiling I feel so welcome and I know my grandmother loved it here
