He doesnt respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner but when it comes to collecting rent money hes on time! The unit Im renting was a complete mess when I moved in. Closet doors were loose coming off the hinges, doors will not close all the way, microwave not working, garbage disposal not working, dirty ass carpet with stains, refrigerator and freezer was dirty, window blinds broken, and LOTS OF ROACHES!
