I dont live over here but when I visit my friend its always quiet an for it to b n the spot its n u see no people hang out the grass kept up an no trash I think I would move over there if I had to

I would give this apartment 5 stars but the current management and landlord is a bunch of crocks It went from being a nice place to stay into a horrible place to stay Mary is rude and stupid Demetrius was the best landlord they have ever had He kept I would give this apartment 5 stars but the current management and landlord is a bunch of crocks It went from being a nice place to stay into a horrible place to stay Mary is rude and stupid Demetrius was the best landlord they have ever had He kept the people from across the street coming in and had security around the clock He didnt tolerate foolishness and violence He fixed things in a timely manner This Mary lady doesnt do that It seems like I owed more with her than ever Money constantly being owed Glad I moved away Apparently when I moved 34 other people moved along with me If you want a decent place to stay DO NOT MOVE HERE HEAD MY ADVICE As long as Mary is there this place will NEVER be an ok place to stay more ... hide ...

These apartments are really nice. I'm pleased that the owners removed the young, rude office manager, Dominique, and hired a new one, who I'm not sure of the name, but she's very courteous and professional. She takes your maintenance issues seriously These apartments are really nice. She takes your maintenance issues seriously and manages to have them fixed within two days. The walls are painted with quality paint and the landscape is great! The complex is good apart from some cars playing loud music and the occasional couple quarrels, which is common in apartment settings. The only reason I didn't give this place a five-star rating is because of the regular gun shots that can be heard from Gaither Street, located behind the apartments, and the fact that security is only present two days a week. He doesn't patrol the property, instead he sits in his car outside the office or makes store trips. I've even seen him at the gas station four miles away while on duty. With safety being such a big concern for me, I won't be renewing my lease in September. more ... hide ...
