Its a very nice place to live of youre single or have no kids Definitely not too kid friendly when it comes to them playing outdoors They do have a play area but the kids arent aloud to play in the yards ride their bikes in the parking lot or even go Its a very nice place to live of youre single or have no kids Definitely not too kid friendly when it comes to them playing outdoors They do have a play area but the kids arent aloud to play in the yards ride their bikes in the parking lot or even go out into the field to play ball If you have kids strive for the first floor because youll always have a neighbor complain about kids being kids and playing in their own home My very first night the neighbor had complained already and all my kids were doing was playing around with each other happy about having a new home If you are a smoker I suggest you find some where else besides here You cant even smoke off your balcony I guess Ive seen plenty of people do it and not get in trouble but the one time I did the lovely neighbors had to complain Youre supposed to go stand in the 105 degree weather in the sun beaming parking lot and smoke your cancer stick On the plus side these apartments come with appliances more ... hide ...

I love my apartment, which was in perfect condition when I moved in. I find the other residents kind and very open. There is a terrace area in back with tables, chairs and a couple of grills. Just beyond, there is a small walking track. I could never have imagined a more comfortable, secure place to come to.
