You had to use their laundry facility since there were no hook ups for a washer and dryer in the unit. The washers and dryers weralways out of order. The dryers would catch o fire and set off the fire alarm. The fire alarm went off regularly and sounded for extended periods of time. The first set of people in the office had to be let go as they did not keep accurate records of payments. This u unfortunately caused quite a few people to lose their units. Its \"simple\" but nothing too \"super special\". I suggest a nice \"visit\" to the residence on a not-so-busy day to really \"feel the place out\" as if you might want to live here anytime soon.
