I had to submit 3 applications because they were absent and the ones I did, were never accepted. The apartments are being remodeled and this time, wooden floors were installed instead of carpets. When I wanted to move in, everything wasn't ready yet. This place has income restrictions but the price for the size is good. Maintenance is strange because they didn't fix the bathroom when I moved in, but they do attend to my requests once I submit a work order. Cockroaches were a serious problem after 3 months of staying there. I told maintenance but they didn't take action for almost a year. Now, they come regularly, which is good. Paying can be a bit tricky: you can do it online with a service fee or via money order, but you must do it before the 5th of the month.
