The standards of upkeep in these apartments are inadequate. The parking lot is often riddled with huge potholes that take an inordinate amount of time to repair, leading to many people damaging their tires and rims. The entrance gates remain open 24/7, allowing homeless individuals to wander around behind the buildings and rummage through the dumpsters. People are fined for having trash bags in front of their doors, yet the dumpsters themselves are not even open. This has resulted in trash everywhere, in front of the buildings, in the parking lot and elsewhere. The management is wholly unhelpful, often not answering their phones and being absent during scheduled office hours. Furthermore, there are not enough parking spots for the amount of people living in the complex, making it difficult to find a spot and necessitating having to wait in their car with hazard lights on for up to 20 minutes.
