Visited family member I like it Would move here except there are NO 2 bedrooms

Was Called to come in and see the townhome and when I got there I was dismissed Immediately The front desk person I was so upset I didnt even get her name didnt even ask my name just told me she didnt have any units available which is understandable Was Called to come in and see the townhome and when I got there I was dismissed Immediately The front desk person I was so upset I didnt even get her name didnt even ask my name just told me she didnt have any units available which is understandable But they was she physically looked me up and down and didnt even speak besides saying nothing was available for me was so disrespectful When I walked in she didnt bother saying anything as she sat at her desk that you have to find When I TRIED introducing myself she dismissed me immediately Ive never felt so judged in my entire life She physically looked me up and down and told me she would call me back if she had another unit NEVER ASKED MY NAME OR INFORMATION Just said shed be in contact which is weird bc she couldnt even take the time to be polite enough to ask my name more ... hide ...

Sadly I will not recommend these apartments with the current manager My experience with Davette Wells was unprofessional long and deceitful Never had i experience such treatment from an apartment complexnnThe application process went from Nov 13 2020 Sadly I will not recommend these apartments with the current manager My experience with Davette Wells was unprofessional long and deceitful Never had i experience such treatment from an apartment complexnnThe application process went from Nov 13 2020 January 11 2021 In that time frame I was giving multiple reasons on why my application was taking so long Upper management was out on leave there system was down but they didnt know it there super busynnOne morning I just showed up to the office Davette welcomes me in I told her Im here to check on my application status She informed me that they are working on it still she said not to be nervous about it I will be fine There trying to get us moved in by Dec 21st Dec 21st gets here I call her oh i havent heard anything back from my boss She calls me for the first time during my whole application process on Jan 4th to come in so she can make some corrections on my application She said im trying to get yall in by jan 8th Jan 8th gets here i called her she informed me that they are working on it nownnJan 11th gets here I get an email not even a phone call asking can I call her ASAP She told me that my income did not meet the requirement This was something that could have been told to me back in November instead of just lingering I asked why couldnt you tell me this in the beginning she said im telling you now I told her im coming to get my deposit As im getting my deposit she hand me an apartment brochure that I should look into that was super small and way more expensive DisrespectfulnnI was so patient with this property and all I recieved was deception and unprofessionalism I do believe that how you treat people will always come back to you May God bless your spirit lady more ... hide ...
