My wife and I have been residents for 12 years and seen Five to 6 different Property Managers and Maintenance staff come and go April is By far the best manager we have had she constantly thinking what improvements can we do to the property and execu My wife and I have been residents for 12 years and seen Five to 6 different Property Managers and Maintenance staff come and go April is By far the best manager we have had she constantly thinking what improvements can we do to the property and executes a plan to accomplish them She may at time be hard to reach in the office but I have been in there to ask a question she has been extremely busy for the Maintenance staff Luke is it he has more than one person should but he somehow gets it done Both April and Luke are always very professional as far the cost goes it is comparable to other units around town and they dont have an attached garage more ... hide ...

The location is great. I really like my apartment. It is near the end of the hallway, and looks out on a pretty courtyard. I understand that repairs take time, so I am patient and wait my turn. I believe that if the office staff have been rude to you, it may have been because you weren't very nice to them either. Nobody made me sign the lease; therefore, it would be wrong of me to complain about features, such as thin walls or easily stained carpets, which are outside of the office's control. I do not mind having to submit the necessary documents to the office for renewing my lease, as I am grateful for the affordable rent I can get in Greenfield.
