This continued throughout the entire lease period and were ignored until I was ready to move out. I documented requests by taking photographs and making copies. The only forms used were grievances in the office, filled out by Wanda Bean who collected the rent. I had a good relationship with her. I signed a paper that said no repairs could be done unless I was present in the apartment. They entered without my permission, made negative comments, and ransacked the place. Months later I received my deposit, although I still feel I am owed more. The pain and suffering caused physical injury to my health condition of circulation/inserted neuropathy due to the insufficient heat (lost heat). The place was like an ice cube. They were given a medical letter from Dr. Bonnie Chase at the clinic locally, however, this was disregarded. A medical case manager had a copy of this in my health file.
